During the course, you will have 120 hours of contact in total. The course usually runs from Monday to Friday from 8.45am - 5.30pm.
Outside of these contact hours, you can expect an additional workload of 3-4 hours each night and that at least 1 of your weekend days will be spent writing assignments and lesson plans. Because of this intensity, the course is a full-time commitment for each candidate, so working whilst doing the course is not recommended.

Applicants are required to declare any health problems that they feel may affect their progress during the application process. Failure to do so may negate the opportunity for any necessary additional support. Medical reports may be requested by the centre.
Medical problems that occur during the course will be examined on a case-by-case basis.
If a candidate suffers a serious medical issue during the course and wishes to withdraw for medical reasons, a medical note must be provided to the centre. In this case, the candidate may be offered a deferral of fees to a future course.
